· Check hard drive status and available storage
· Date/time and basic settings verification

· Maintenance report with recommendations
Complete Protect Plan
£15 per month (£180 per year)
Premium cover for customers who rely heavily on their CCTV system.
Includes everything in the Standard Plus Plan, plus:
· Image quality optimisation (brightness, contrast, night settings)
· Motion detection and alert functionality check
· Remote viewing/app connection test
· Power supply and backup check (where fitted)
· Priority call-out response
· Up to 1 minor fault fix included per year (labour only)
