The Brief
Unhappy with their original security contractor, The Bierkeller, Liverpool 1, contacted us with an interest for us to take on their security solution as we had been recommended to them by a previous client of ours.
We arranged a meeting with Bierkeller management and set about planning whether, alongside our existing contractual obligations we would be able to provide a security service that met, if not exceeded The Bierkellers requirements and expectations.
Our Solution
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry and how customer numbers vary, often due to televised sports or other events, we agreed on a scalable service. This would comprise of up to 6 SIA registered door supervisors every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from as early as 2pm in the afternoon until 2am in the morning. There are also several weekdays a month that require up to 6 SIA registered door supervisors to be on premises from late afternoon / early evening till 11pm. The weekdays are generally stipulated by televised sporting fixtures or private hire events.
The Result
September 2023 - Present - We were awarded the security contract for The Bierkeller in September 2023 and carry on providing this service to this day.
One of our busier days was the Liverpool Premier League Homecoming Trophy Parade, as the Parade ended very nearby there was a huge surge in pedestrian traffic and customers making their way into the venue. In the interests of safety we imposed a one-way pedestrian traffic system in the immediate area around The Bierkeller in order to negate any risks due to overcrowding.
