What sets our event teams apart
Event security is a specialist discipline within security. General guarding officers do not automatically make good event officers, because the tempo, decision-making, and customer-facing skills required are different. WOSS:UK event teams are drawn from officers with specific event experience across licensed premises, festivals, and sporting fixtures, and every team is led by a supervisor with at least three years of event supervision experience. We invest heavily in briefing. Every officer arriving at your event has read the event-specific brief before they arrive, understands the event layout, knows the escalation protocols, has the correct radio channel and callsign, and knows who they are reporting to.
