CCTV Customer Lease Agreement

Lease Terms & Conditions

• All equipment is supplied, installed, and commissioned by WOSSUK.

• Stock is allocated specifically to the client upon installation.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the client once installed; however, ownership remains with WOSSUK.

• The client agrees not to remove, sell, modify, or interfere with the leased equipment. If any system modifications are required, they need to be carried out by WOSS:UK.

Cancellation & Early Termination

• This is a fixed 24-month agreement and cannot be cancelled early without settlement of the remaining balance.

• If the client wishes to terminate early, the client must:

  • Pay 100% of the remaining monthly payments, OR

  • Allow WOSSUK to remove all leased equipment (no refund due)

• Removal costs may be chargeable.

If a payment is missed:

• A reminder notice will be issued

• WOSSUK reserves the right to:

  • Suspend maintenance or support services

  • Charge reasonable administration or recovery fees

  • Disable remote access (where technically possible)

  • Repossess leased equipment after written notice

Failure to remedy missed payments may result in termination of the agreement and recovery of outstanding balances.

The client agrees to:

• Take reasonable care of the leased equipment

• Notify WOSSUK of any faults or damage

• Allow access for inspection, maintenance, or removal

• Not assign or transfer this agreement without consent
